Hi friends, I'm Margaux, the face behind Little Bee!

I’ve always known I was meant to do something creative, but it all clicked the day before I graduated and realised I could use my creativity with my degree.

I’d worked in so many industries throughout my studies, tried on every hat, every role, but something was always missing. I loved marketing, every aspect of it, but deep down, I knew my creativity was craving more space to breathe.

I remember calling my best friend the night before my graduation, telling her how happy I was to finally be done with my masters… but also how terrified I was. I was scared of settling. Scared of jumping into a job that I knew, deep down, wouldn’t light me up. That’s when she said something that stopped me in my tracks:

“But why don’t you create your dream job?”

And honestly, that hit me like a truck. That one sentence flipped the switch. From that moment on, I gave myself permission to build something on my own terms, something creative, strategic, and fulfilling.

Little Bee Agency is that dream. A space where strategy meets creativity. Where I help brands show up online and achieve their goals through content, and where I get to do what I love every single day.

What's the meaning behind the name Little Bee?

The name Little Bee wasn’t random, it holds meaning that perfectly reflects what this agency stands for.

Bees are a symbol of collaboration, which sits at the heart of everything we do. I believe great results come from working closely with clients, building together, and sharing a clear vision.

Bees are also quiet achievers. You might not always see the process behind their work, but even when their efforts aren’t immediately visible, they’re always building something bigger than themselves. That’s the energy behind Little Bee: thoughtful, consistent work that builds real results over time.

There’s also something soft and approachable about Little Bee. It’s warm. Personal. Human. That’s how I want people to feel when we collaborate.

It’s more than a name, it’s a promise to work with heart, passion, and collaboration.
