2. What we did
We developed a full content strategy that put their jewellery pieces, in-store experience, and real customer stories front and center. From detailed shots of key pieces to lifestyle and genuine UGC videos, we focused on content that builds awareness, connection, and trust.
1. The Challenge
The Loop Store, a local jewelry shop, faced low foot traffic partly due to their location away from busy shopping areas. With no budget for paid advertising, they needed a way to attract new customers organically and increase in-store visits through their online presence.
3. The results
Within just 8 weeks, we saw a 50% increase in Instagram engagement, a 30% rise in local followers (Brisbane & Gold Coast), and a clear boost in foot traffic & sales driven by social media.
